Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations for monthly digital marketing services provided by NK IT Solutions

Payment Terms:

• All monthly service fees are payable in full, in advance, prior to the commencement of any work.

Cancellation Policy:

• Once a client has purchased a monthly service package, cancellation is not permitted before the completion of the current work cycle. A work cycle is defined as a complete month of services.
• Clients may choose not to renew their monthly service package for the subsequent work cycle, provided they notify NK IT Solutions prior to the start of that new cycle.

Refund Policy:

• Due to the nature of our services and the advance payment structure, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• No partial or full refunds will be issued for services rendered within a completed or partially completed work cycle.

Agreement:

By engaging NK IT Solutions for monthly digital marketing services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
